The global pandemic of 2020/21 has affected the way we view work, where we work and how we develop our staff. Traditional classroom training was out of bounds so companies turned to Zoom and other video conferencing programs to deliver training.
Video conferencing training can be challenging over a full day
Three Twos is an attempt to recognize that quality training needs to occur to groups but looks at a modified way to do it. A course is divided into 3 sections of two hours duration.
Delivery can be undertaken by dividing the day into chunks consisting of delivery of a 2hour session followed by 45 minute break, delivery of a second 2 hour session, followed by a further 45 minute break, then delivery of a third session.
This method is available for all courses other than the introduction to Winning Colors®
